Mixed Feelings is the order of the day. General assumption would be to associte love with happiness and hate with sorrow but I have encountered something different. Encountered!!! Yes, I encounter love and sorrow nearly everyday. It sounds weird, doesn't it?
I have recently shifted from Chennai to Delhi and was happy to be close to home amongst friends. The life began with lot of exciting get togethers and parties....but amongst all this I forgot there had to be some hidden sorrow, tears, unhappiness around:(
I chose to stay with friends to convert daily 2 hours meetings into being everytime together, but I didn't realize I was converting MY SPACE into 'OUR SPACE'. Not only I infact all of us missed on this and now we are lack of personal space, personal emotions, personal likings and dislikings. We still party everyday, but the happiness of love amongst us is so short lived that it is followed by a longer sadness of doing things which one doesnt want to do, interpreting words of others which sometimes hurt you etc. This is not because the love is missing, it is beacuse we are sharing the space. I have nothing against this, but its true that not every1 can accept sadness and sorrow in the best of spirits. There is a possibility when a person doesnt like to share his/her feelings into OUR Space, there can be times when a person wishes to be sad but has to be happy in this space or viceversa, there is a possibilty of people in this space missing on family, career and counterparts...but its we who have decided on promoting MY space to OUR space, so theres no question of complaining.....
Little beyond ones imagination but this is OUR Space, which is confusing, exciting, full of love and sorrow, tears and joys, parties and boredem etc..

Adopt Hobbies!!!
After any major calamity in the world, the human's best creator, the god himself, leaves a lot of people homeless and lot of young children deprived of their families. There occurs the problem of adoption and we find lot of people adopting these young ones. Isn't it a noble solution to the problem laid down by the almighty but last few days indian govt. is thinking about making laws that indian children can not be adopted by NRIs or international parents. this is because few of them are being adopted just on the papers but they are being treated as slaves. Thus adoption has become under scrutiny.
You, must be thinking what it has to do with adopting hobbies. I just wanted to give it a serious thought, that how adoption is a major issue in today's time that even a law has to be made on it but I'll be talking in my blog is adopting hobbies which is equally important as adopting babies.
Lot of us have hidden talents inside us but we are so engrossed in our life style and daily routines that we dont get time to identify them. These talents or interests needs to be identified so that we can go back from our workplaces and devote atleast some time to our hobbies. this would give us a mental peace and stability as hobbies are the bets piece of work human being wanna do without anyone's supervision. It is the natural instinct of aperson. It is the real true of oneself. thus hobbies needs to be adopted and worked up, so that we can be more focussed and concentrate on a work which will get the best out of us.
The next question that arise here is ,if hobby is that important then why dont we adopt it as our career? This question is very important and suits our indian society where every parent wants his child to be a doctor or an engineer. Our parents, our teachers and specially our education is to be blamed which does not give time to a child to work upon his hobbies since his younger days that he finds it difficult to adopt later. but its never too late for anything. keep yourself in the shoes of you when u were 15 years old and think what were u good at, what u felt happy doing. that will tell u what is ur hobby and what u need to adopt.
thus one should have a hobby or adopt one as soon as possible and to derive a momentary result from it, hobbies could be taken up as part time jobs.
adopting hobby is equally important for a management aspirant as the usual questions asked in ones personal interview are:
What is your haobby? How much time do you devote for your hobby daily? How will you link yourself to your hobby?
i would not disclose more of it now and leave you to think about it..Do write back telling me about your hobby and what do u feel about the importance of a hobby in one's life.
prayers and happy adopting
yuwaan.
